Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

- Coding invoices for payment
- Researching and following up on past due vendor payments
- Tracking unprocessed invoices
- Communicating effectively with vendors and internal departments
- This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension
- An undergraduate degree in business is required

Required Skills for Accounts Payable Specialist:

- Proficiency in SAP, Navison, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on timely responses to vendors and internal department inquiries
- An undergraduate degree in business
- Experience in the music/entertainment industries is a plus
