IDR is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Plano or Houston. This role involves working within the customer care sector, focusing on providing excellent service to commercial clients through various communication channels. Position Overview for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial customers via phone, email, fax, internet, and mail.
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional, courteous manner.
- Promote the company's products and services, including issuing orders and resolving billing inquiries.
- Interface effectively with internal teams and external customers while utilizing computer systems and software.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with basic math and English skills.
- Experience working in a customer service call center for at least 6 months.
- Basic PC skills including the ability to type while talking.
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office software and strong analytical skills for billing inquiries.
