Brand Advocate Associate - Hybrid On-Site
The Brand Advocate Associate will be responsible for analyzing brand performance on eCommerce website. This position will sit onsite 4 days/week (Friday's remote) Atlanta, GA. If the below sounds like you, apply now!
Brand Advocate Associate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, product content management, data management or merchandising
- Experience working with Retail eCommerce Data
- 2+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tell a story and make a recommendation
- 2+ years of intermediate proficiency with Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools
Brand Advocate Associate Responsibilities
- The Brand Advocate will build strong business relationships with suppliers to analyze and improve online key metrics through identifying opportunities and taking action on optimizations needed
- The Brand Advocate will also be responsible for understanding customer behavior, executing strategic plans and participating in presentations with supplier and merchandising partners to gain alignment on planned initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities that will optimize effectiveness
- Build reports and analyze KPI reporting on product performance, specification fill rates, asset engagement, assortment and competitive gaps/opportunities
- Create optimization action plans and lead performance presentations for monthly, quarterly and annual results
