Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog. Communicate vision and goals at the start of every release and sprint. Provide ongoing support, including system issue resolution and root cause analysis. Elicit and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and user stories. Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Required Skills for Business Analyst:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, including mapping and documentation. Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio. Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
