IDR is seeking a CAPPS AP Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in TX. This role involves supporting the CAPPS Program with a focus on Accounts Payable module functionality within a large statewide ERP system, providing expert-level support and system configuration. The company operates within the public sector, emphasizing innovative solutions for government financial systems.
Position Overview for the CAPPS AP Analyst:
- Summarized position overview in 3-5 bullet points in support of the CAPPS Program, focusing on functional assistance and support for Accounts Payable within a statewide financial system.
- Responsible for functional CAPPS Accounts Payable module expertise, including support, configuration, and business process leadership.
- Involved in testing, change management, reporting, and user support to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Works closely with technical teams to support integrations, incident management, and system updates.
- Provides training and analytic support to ensure optimal module utilization across agencies.
Requirements for the CAPPS AP Analyst:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies.
- Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc.
- Extensive knowledge supporting and providing oversight with batch jobs, i.e., Run My Jobs (RMJ).
- Extensive knowledge of security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance.
- Experience working with the Accounts Payable core module of PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2.
