IDR is seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Suwanee, Georgia. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in data entry, project coordination, or order management within a professional environment, supporting daily operational resolutions through effective communication and organization.
Position Overview for the Commercial Project Coordinator:
- Coordinate daily project activities and ensure smooth operations on site.
- Assist with data entry, order management, and process resolution.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Support reporting and administrative tasks utilizing MS Office applications.
- Report to the site supervisor while providing extra help to the team.
Requirements for the Commercial Project Coordinator:
- 2 years of experience in Data Entry or project coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP or similar order management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be onsite in Suwanee 5 days a week.
