IDR is seeking a Customer Service Quality Auditor to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Philadelphia, PA. This role supports a busy eCommerce and retail environment, focusing on ensuring high standards of customer service and quality assurance. The company operates in the customer support industry, emphasizing operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Position Overview for the Customer Service Quality Auditor:
- Conduct quality audits and monitor customer service interactions to ensure compliance with company standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational enhancements
- Document workflows and provide feedback to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with customer service teams to maintain service excellence
- Utilize workflow software and Zendesk to track and report quality metrics
Requirements for the Customer Service Quality Auditor:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- eCommerce or Quality Assurance experience
- Customer Service experience, preferably in retail or eCommerce environment
- A self-starter who is keen to identify opportunities for operational improvement and process documentation
- Experience with workflow software (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Monday, etc)
- Knowledge of Zendesk
- 2+ years customer service experience
