IDR is seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Emeryville, CA. This role supports large-scale healthcare and food service operations, focusing on system implementations and data management to ensure successful project execution and operational efficiency.

Position Overview for the Data Analyst :

• Support enterprise-level Food & Nutrition Services initiatives, including platform rollouts and insourcing efforts
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and conversion across multiple facilities
• Develop and maintain operational and performance reports to support go-live readiness and leadership decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting
• Identify data discrepancies, trends, and risks; recommend corrective actions

Requirements for the Data Analyst :

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in healthcare or large enterprise environments
• Strong experience with data validation, reporting, and system implementations
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience working with large datasets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
