IDR is seeking a EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves managing the enrollment processes within EDI clearinghouses, ensuring accurate and timely setup of claims and remittances, and providing exceptional customer service. The company is a healthcare services organization dedicated to streamlining claim processing and payments.
Position Overview for the EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist:
- Manage and optimize the enrollment process within EDI clearinghouses such as Waystar
- Complete registration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Generate, monitor, and follow up on EDI agreements and accounts
- Troubleshoot enrollment denials, errors, and correspondence with payers
- Maintain documentation and address customer requests related to EDI issues
Requirements for the EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist:
- Enrollment experience in remit and claims, with a strong preference for experience with Waystar
- Knowledge of how to enroll EDIs and EFTs
- Experience working with rejected and denied claims in Waystar or similar systems like Availity
- Ability to set up and monitor work groups within EDI platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to meet deadlines
