IDR is seeking an Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role supports multiple executive leaders within a healthcare organization that emphasizes high-level administrative and operational support to enhance executive productivity.
Position Overview for the Executive Assistant:
- Provides high-level administrative, technical, and operational support to executive leaders
- Manages complex calendars, email correspondence, travel arrangements, and virtual communication
- Acts as a strategic partner to improve productivity through scheduling, research, and project coordination
- Uses digital tools effectively, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Supports multiple executives simultaneously while ensuring confidentiality and compliance in a healthcare setting
Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or highly regulated industry
- Full command of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Associates degree preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple executives’ calendars with proactive prioritization and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite, SVP, or VP-level executives with high visibility exposure
