IDR is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This position involves supporting supply chain operations through picking, packing, and material handling in a dynamic environment. The company operates within the healthcare industry, focusing on providing essential patient materials efficiently and accurately.
Position Overview for the Fulfillment Associate
- Support daily operational tasks including picking, packing, and assembling packages for shipment.
- Assist with the movement of pallets and bulk materials using pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Participate in inventory reconciliation activities such as cycle counts and quality checks.
- Support process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce errors.
Requirements for the Fulfillment Associate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable using pallet jacks, hand trucks, box cutters, and tape guns.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork-oriented mindset.
