IDR is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Tampa, FL.

Position Overview for the Full-Stack Software Engineer:

• Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable full-stack applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and UX/UI designs into maintainable code.
• Ensures system performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability by taking ownership of code quality and system design.
• Participates in the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, deployment, testing, and production support.
• Supports Agile development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and applies DevSecOps principles to maintain security and reliability.

Requirements for the Full-Stack Software Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6-9 years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer in modern development environments.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
