Position Overview for the IT Business Analyst:
We’re seeking a motivated professional with strong Oracle Cloud ERP (or similar) functional knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience in operational IT support environments.
Required Skills for the IT Business Analyst:
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in IT Operations or Application Management
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Service Management experience in a Cloud ERP environment (Oracle Fusion)
  • 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow or equivalent IT Service Management tools
  • Experience working with Middleware and integrations platforms (Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EDI, APIs).
  • Experience working in Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
