IDR is seeking a IT Help Desk Technical to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Sacramento, CA. This role involves providing enterprise-level desktop, endpoint, and user environment support within a government project. The position offers the chance to work with a dedicated team supporting critical IT operations for the State of California.
Position Overview for the IT Help Desk Technical :
- Support end-user devices and troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops and other devices for user onboarding.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow within SLA requirements.
- Support user account provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure user satisfaction and efficient IT operations.
Requirements for the IT Help Desk Technical :
- Advanced experience with Active Directory administration.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 / O365 Admin Center.
- Experience managing Windows 10/11 enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software, VPN, and endpoint issues.
