RIVA Solutions is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead IT Managed Services delivery for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) under the CATTS vehicle. This high-visibility role is responsible for strategic contract execution, ServiceNow implementation, and IT support operations. The ideal candidate is a proven federal program leader with excellent communication skills, capable of aligning delivery with mission-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the NTIA IT Managed Services task order, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee planning, execution, and successful delivery of all contract deliverables and milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison between RIVA and NTIA leadership, translating strategic goals into executable technical plans.
• Manage performance of all team members and subcontractors, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness.
• Oversee ServiceNow implementations and ITSM enhancements, aligning with NTIA’s enterprise architecture and federal IT policies.
• Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities to ensure continuity and client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience managing IT programs/projects within federal agencies.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Proven experience with large-scale government contracts and ServiceNow/ITSM implementations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Salary: Up to $110,000/year
