IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Columbia, Tennessee. This role involves leading web and portal initiatives, effectively bridging marketing and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within a dynamic digital environment.
Position Overview for the IT Project Manager:
- Lead projects related to website and account portal initiatives
- Serve as the bridge between marketing stakeholders and IT/technical teams
- Translate business and user needs into actionable project plans for technical teams
- Help guide and coach the IT team through delivery
- Drive timelines, priorities, communication, and overall project execution
Requirements for the IT Project Manager:
- 5–10 years of Project Management experience
- Strong IT / technical project management background
- Experience leading website, web platform, or customer/account portal initiatives
- Ability to work across both marketing/business stakeholders and technical/IT teams
- Comfortable providing guidance and coaching to IT team members
