Position Overview for the IT Support Technician:

The role involves heavily includes asset management responsibilities, such as providing customer service, managing quote and order requests, tracking orders, receiving inventory, and maintaining warehouse stock. Additionally, it includes managing hardware and software assets by updating and maintaining records in the asset management system, contacting users to validate asset information, and tracking assets through soft audits.
