IDR is seeking a Junior IT Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. Position Overview for the Junior IT Business Analyst:

• Partner with stakeholders, product managers, UI/UX designers, and sales teams to deliver an intuitive color matching platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog.
• Support go-to-market activities, including documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements for the Junior IT Business Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, UI/UX design, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
