IDR is seeking a Junior IT Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic industry focused on color identification and automotive refinish solutions. Position Overview for the Junior IT Business Analyst:
- Partner with stakeholders, product managers, UI/UX designers, and sales teams to deliver an intuitive color matching platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog.
- Support go-to-market activities, including documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements for the Junior IT Business Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, UI/UX design, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
