IDR is seeking a Lien Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role is within a fast-paced financial services environment, focusing on managing lien releases and filings, along with performing administrative duties to support the department. The position offers an excellent chance to gain experience with a reputable organization in the industry.
Position Overview for the Lien Specialist :
- Manage all requested lien releases and lien filings to ensure timely entry into the system.
- Perform administrative duties such as ordering supplies, handling daily mail, and other tasks as assigned.
- Research jobs to verify payment status and complete proper lien waivers or notices.
- Enter preliminary and lien notice information into the NCS website as requested by analysts.
- Complete property owner search requests and handle correspondence related to lien notices.
Requirements for the Lien Specialist :
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with AR processes and some knowledge of commercial lien processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity software; experience with Get Paid, NCS, or SAP is a plus.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage high-volume tasks.
