IDR is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX . This role supports strategic marketing and communication efforts that drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and advance key organizational initiatives. You’ll help lead social media execution and develop communication materials that support enterprise readiness and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, while ensuring alignment, compliance, and accessibility.

Position Overview for the Marketing CoordinatorRequirements for the Marketing Coordinator:
  1. 1–2 years of experience as a Marketing Communications Coordinator
  2. Experience creating and managing external documents (e.g., newsletters) with demonstrated writing and publishing/design skills
  3. Knowledge of public relations, marketing, targeted marketing, promotional marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation tools, and web analytics
  4. Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation
  5. Demonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint) plus Access and/or report-writer and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
