IDR is seeking a Microsoft 365 AI Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role focuses on managing and governing Microsoft AI platforms within a dynamic enterprise environment, supporting responsible AI use and enterprise adoption.
Position Overview for the Microsoft 365 AI Administrator:
- Administer and govern Microsoft AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
- Manage tenant configurations, licensing, environments, and feature enablement
- Enforce AI governance models, usage policies, and data access controls
- Monitor platform health, adoption, and compliance
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to align AI solutions with risk management policies
Requirements for the Microsoft 365 AI Administrator:
- 5-7 years of experience in IT, cloud, or platform administration roles, with deep experience in Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments
- Proficiency with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, APIs)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, document, and influence across technical and non-technical audiences
