Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst:

- Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues
- Assist with the implementation of Oracle Payroll quarterly updates or releases, ensuring smooth operation
- Submit service requests within the Oracle system as needed
- Offer 24/7 on-call support for critical payroll issues
- This role is remote and has the potential to extend beyond January
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are required

Required Skills for Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst:

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll
- Proven ability to submit Oracle Service Requests for payroll issues
- Experience with Oracle Payroll quarterly updates or releases
- Comfortable providing 24/7 on-call support for critical payroll issues
- Oracle or payroll certifications are a plus

Pay Transparency: 35-40/hr based on experience
