IDR is seeking a Paralegal to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA. This role involves supporting legal and contract operations within a dynamic industry environment. The position offers an excellent chance to gain practical in-house legal experience and work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced setting.
Position Overview for the Paralegal:
- Support legal and contract administration activities, including drafting and reviewing various contracts using standard legal templates
- Manage contract lifecycle processes and maintain electronic filing systems with precision and compliance awareness
- Assist in legal document management, tracking, and reporting to ensure smooth legal operations
- Collaborate with senior legal and HR teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Demonstrate effective organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Requirements for the Paralegal:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in contract drafting and review, preferably in a legal or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with contract management or legal document systems (e.g., contract databases, e-signature tools, legal filing systems)
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Ability to handle a short-term assignment with flexibility and professionalism
