IDR is seeking a People Operations Contract Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Woodland Hills, CA. This role supports HR and People Operations functions within a dynamic, multi-state organization, focusing on legal and contractual administration. The position offers a chance to work with an industry-leading organization in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the People Operations Contract Administrator:
- Manage legal and contractual documentation related to HR and People Operations activities
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures across multiple states
- Utilize Workday modules (Recruiting, HCM, Payroll, and Benefits) to process and update data accurately
- Use ServiceNow or similar case management systems to track and resolve tickets efficiently
- Leverage advanced Excel skills, including vLookups, to process complex data and support reporting needs
Requirements for the People Operations Contract Administrator:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or 2-5 years of experience in HR Administration, legal/contracts administration, HR or People Operations or a similar role
- Experience with Workday modules (Recruiting, HCM, Payroll, and Benefits)
- Experience with ServiceNow or other similar case management / ticketing systems
- Excel skills including vLookups
- Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
