IDR is seeking a Project Manager II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Georgia. This role involves overseeing clinical, IT, or business projects within a healthcare-related industry, requiring a mix of technical expertise and strong communication skills without mentioning specific compensation details.
Position Overview for the Project Manager II:
- Creates and executes project work plans for clinical, IT, or business projects and revises them as necessary to meet organizational needs.
- Accounts to and takes direction from the PMO Director while managing projects and interfacing with internal customers at the manager and director levels.
- Manages multiple medium to large capital and non-capital projects simultaneously, ensuring effective delivery.
- Requires a high level of financial responsibility, including billing and forecasting.
- Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements for the Project Manager II:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Operations Research, Public Health Administration, or a related field.
- PMP certification is desired.
- 3+ years of information systems experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience, specifically in healthcare.
- Knowledge of equipment warehousing, supply chain management, and international shipping logistics.
