IDR is seeking a Scrum Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Eagan, Minnesota. This role involves leading Agile practices within a digital health organization dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to improve patient and provider experiences. The Scrum Lead will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support team productivity, and help extend the organization's agile expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the Scrum Lead:
- Manage routine Scrum/Agile activities and maintain the artifacts of Agile ceremonies
- Lead and direct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Support delivery of digital solutions and products across health services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Agile best practices
- Contribute to agile transformation efforts within a highly regulated industry
Requirements for the Scrum Lead:
- Several years of Scrum experience, with some level of Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master)
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma, along with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience and/or certification with SAFe Agile methodologies
- Experience with application development and support is desired
- Experience navigating transformation in highly regulated industries is a plus
