Position Overview: The Senior Accountant will performs complex accounting work. Focusing on overseeing Grant Funds and Budgets across various funding sources. Tasks include managing purchase requisitions, timesheets, and accounts payable vouchers, as well as compiling financial reports and billing statements for funding agencies. Additionally, responsibilities involve preparing monthly reports for management analysis, reconciling General Ledger accounts, reviewing payment requests, and providing departmental support.
Must Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as an Accountant
- Experience overseeing grant funds and budgets across various funding sources
- Experience compiling financial reports and billing statements
- Experience reconciling ledger accounts & reviewing payment requests
- Must be detailed oriented, highly organized, with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
