This isn't a call-center role. You'll manage complex projects, build strong customer relationships, collaborate across departments, and help bring custom signage projects to life from concept to completion. No signage experience? No problem. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a desire to learn, and a passion for helping customers succeed. We have a strong training team that will teach you everything you need to know about the process and this industry.


Wage Range: $22.91 to $29.33 per Hour

Location: Garland, TX

Type: Full Time – On-site

Schedule: Monday - Friday, overtime is scheduled as needed

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and custom signage projects
  • Guide customers through projects from initial concept to final delivery
  • Build strong relationships that create long-term customer loyalty
  • Partner with sales, production, design, and support teams to ensure project success
  • Solve challenges with urgency, professionalism, and creativity
  • Become a subject matter expert on products, processes, and customer solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Education & Experience

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, business, or a related field with 2 – 4 years of sales experience. 
  • An equivalent combination of education or experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the role may also be considered.
