Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Transformation Architect:

- Serve as the Workday subject matter expert (SME) 
- Design and build scalable integration strategies that bridge Workday with existing third-party systems.
- Transition from legacy integrations to modern API-based architectures.
- Work in complex enterprise environments with multiple third-party systems and data dependencies.
- This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.

Required Skills for Workday Transformation Architect:

- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Architect with a focus on system integration and enterprise architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and/or Financials, with a deep understanding of Workday integration tools and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience transitioning from legacy integrations to modern API-based architectures.
- Experience working with other HCM systems (preferably UKG and Kronos) and integrating them with Workday.
