IDR is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on designing and developing the middle tier for a SaaS-based application, guiding junior developers, and contributing to microservice architecture within a healthcare-related industry.
Position Overview for the Senior Java Developer:
- Responsible for designing and developing the middle tier for a SaaS-based application.
- Guide and mentor junior Java developers on the team.
- Collaborate on microservice architecture and object-oriented design.
- Contribute to developing highly transactional applications with robust architecture.
- Work within a cloud environment, utilizing monitoring tools and debugging applications.
Requirements for the Senior Java Developer:
- 6+ years of Java development experience, including Java 17 or greater.
- 6+ years of Spring and Spring Boot experience.
- 4+ years of Spring Data JPA experience.
- 2+ years of Kafka experience, including understanding Producers and Consumers.
- Strong background in Middle Tier Application architecture and design.
