Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Lease Administrator:
• Interpret, abstract, and manage real estate leases and contracts across various healthcare facilities. • Review and audit lease documents, ensuring accurate tracking of rent, CAM, and NNN charges. • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to maintain precise lease data and compliance. • Mentor and train team members, enhancing departmental processes and systems. • Oversee database updates and ensure the accuracy of real estate records.
Required Skills for Senior Lease Administrator:
• Extensive experience in commercial lease administration, with a focus on healthcare, corporate, or office leases. • Proficiency in interpreting commercial lease language and conducting CAM/NNN audits. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organizational capabilities. • Ability to calculate rent increases and understand lease options and insurance provisions. • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
