IDR is seeking a Senior Workday Compensation & Talent Functional Consultant to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role is ideal for a highly experienced Workday professional supporting a global organization undergoing transformation, including team restructuring and acquisitions. The position involves providing operational support and leading key Compensation and Talent initiatives within a fast-paced, complex environment.
Position Overview for the Senior Workday Compensation & Talent Functional Consultant:
- Serve as a hands-on functional expert supporting global Workday Compensation and Talent processes.
- Manage day-to-day operations including EIBs, job profiles, compensation structures, and country-specific configurations.
- Take ownership of workstreams end-to-end, prioritizing effectively and managing ongoing functional issues with limited oversight.
- Support the design and execution of compensation cycles such as merit, bonus, and equity, alongside Talent processes like performance and succession planning.
- Drive operational stabilization, improve existing processes, and ensure scalable, well-governed Workday solutions across a global footprint.
Requirements for the Senior Workday Compensation & Talent Functional Consultant:
- 5–7+ years of Workday Compensation & Talent experience supporting advanced compensation cycles and global talent processes.
- 5+ years of Workday production support in complex, global environments.
- 5+ years of independent functional ownership and problem-solving with limited direction.
- 5+ years of Workday configuration & reporting experience, including building calculated fields and advanced reports.
- Workday certifications in Compensation, Talent, or Payroll are preferred, with exposure to payroll processes considered a plus.
