IDR is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role involves supporting a major technology-focused project within the service management and data integration space for a leading organization in the consulting industry.
Position Overview for the ServiceNow Business Analyst:
- Partner with business units, service lines, and Application Portfolio Managers to understand data needs and priorities
- Facilitate working sessions with domain SMEs and enterprise architects to align business capabilities with application data
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow user stories and requirements, aligned with CSDM standards
Requirements for the ServiceNow Business Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within technology, data, or integration-focused environments
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (required)
- Experience working with or exposure to Common Service Data Model (CSDM) (strongly preferred)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation
