IDR is seeking a Softeon WMS Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity 100% Remote! This role supports the migration from legacy systems to Softeon WMS within a dynamic warehouse environment, focusing on system stabilization and ongoing improvements. The organization operates within the logistics and supply chain management industry, providing a critical role in the company's digital transformation journey.
Position Overview for the Softeon WMS Support Analyst:
- Serve as the primary support resource for designated functional areas within IT, specializing in Softeon WMS.
- Own production support for assigned system pillars, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring system stability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend enhancements, and coordinate solutions with developers.
- Actively participate in testing and key phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring successful deployment and validation of system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies and facilitate system upgrades and migrations.
Requirements for the Softeon WMS Support Analyst:
- 4+ years of experience with business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, documentation, user stories, process modeling, and process mapping
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Softeon WMS
- Proven experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Experience with technology installation, configuration, and support
