Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. iCIMS HR Analyst:

• Lead and manage system-related projects within the HR department

• Leverage iCIMS platform to optimize HR processes and operations

• Analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with our client's team to ensure HR systems align with business objectives

Required Skills for Sr. iCIMS HR Analyst:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field

• 4+ years of relevant HR experience

• 2+ years of relevant data analytics experience

• Proven experience in leading system-related projects

• Proficiency in iCIMS platform
