IDR is seeking a Sr IT Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting digital experiences and enterprise websites within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
Position Overview for the Sr IT Business Analyst:
- Support the product owner for client’s website and digital customer-facing platforms.
- Serve as a liaison between business, marketing, UX, analytics, and technology teams.
- Ensure business requirements are translated into actionable tasks and delivered using Agile methods.
- Bring extensive Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise to manage content workflows and digital delivery.
- Collaborate on large-scale digital initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements for the Sr IT Business Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience supporting customer-facing websites and digital platforms.
- Strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience, including content management and workflows.
- Familiarity with UX best practices, SEO, QA/testing, and analytics.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools like Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support UAT activities.
