IDR is seeking a Sr. LMS Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Virginia. This role involves supporting and maintaining the learning management system for a company operating within the education or corporate learning industry, focused on facilitating employee development initiatives and learning technology solutions.
Position Overview for the Sr. LMS Analyst:
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to implement, support, and maintain the LMS platform.
- Build and manage learning objects such as online courses, instructor-led classes, and training programs.
- Provide reporting and insights on registration and learning data to measure engagement and participation.
- Serve as a point of escalation for technical issues within the LMS, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop training documentation for users and administrators of the LMS.
Requirements for the Sr. LMS Analyst:
- 2-5 years or more of experience working with the Cornerstone, Saba, or similar learning management systems.
- 2-5 years or more of experience with content authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate, along with publishing content to SCORM, AICC, or xAPI.
- Experience using tools such as ServiceNow to resolve support requests and incidents.
- Prior experience with integrations with virtual classroom products like WebEx and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with building reports and dashboards, with an understanding of integrations with external systems, especially Human Capital Management systems like Oracle HCM.
