Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Voice Engineer:
- Work remotely while adhering to west coast hours
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues
- Utilize knowledge of Cisco networking, QoS, SIP, and VoIP in call center environments
- Maintain and improve voice/network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, PSTN, PRI, TDM, POTS
Required Skills for Sr. Voice Engineer:
- Experience with Genesys (Engage/Cloud), NICE CXone, Five9, or similar contact center platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365, Teams Voice, NICE recording, Aspect WFM, and other call center tools
- Proficiency in Cisco networking (routing/switching, MPLS, BGP, EIGRP)
- Knowledge of QoS, SIP, and VoIP in call center environments
- ITIL v3 Foundations certification
- Experience working in a contact center support environment and with ServiceNow Software
