IDR is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers the chance to support critical supply chain operations within a healthcare environment, ensuring smooth delivery, inventory management, and logistical functions across multiple departments.
Position Overview for the Supply Chain Technician:
- Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Lead, performs a variety of functions across Receiving, Inventory & Distribution, Mail Room, and Courier Services.
- Handles mail sorting, delivery, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintains clinical supplies, replenishing inventory using PAR and Kanban systems.
- Operates delivery vehicles, tracks shipments, and manages routine vehicle maintenance.
- Supports shipping, receiving, and logistics operations to meet organizational needs.
Requirements for the Supply Chain Technician:
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or an administrative role involving physical handling of supplies.
- Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and demonstrate organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining professional communication.
- Ability to perform physical work requiring walking, lifting, and task execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
