IDR is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY. This role involves overseeing service delivery operations within a dynamic, client-focused environment. The company operates in the financial services industry, emphasizing high-performance service management and client satisfaction.
Position Overview for the Service Delivery Manager:
- Manage and lead a team of direct reports across multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency
- Monitor service performance and address any gaps to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs
- Hire, train, develop, motivate, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performing team
- Collaborate with IT partners and other functions to ensure the team has the necessary tools and skills
- Develop service improvement plans to support current and future business needs
Requirements for the Service Delivery Manager:
- Proven experience managing teams in a technical or service delivery environment
- Strong understanding of operational reports and KPI management
- Ability to lead and develop staff effectively, including performance reviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working onsite in New York, NY, and managing workflow related to contractual obligations
