Technical Support Specialist

Position Overview for the Technical Support Specialist:

• Providing exceptionally remote and in person support to internal staff including Director, VP, and Executive Level staff.
• Coordinating requests for network and VPN access
• Coordinating requests for hardware / software
• Troubleshooting issues in Windows 7-10, XP, and Office 365

Required Skills for the Technical Support Specialist:

• 4+ years of experience providing hands-on, in person technical support.
• Strong experience operating on Dell laptop, PCs & MS Surface Pros.
• Experience with Mac OS & Apple Devices.
• Good working knowledge of computerized data management systems.
