IDR is seeking a UX Designer II to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is centered around enhancing digital experiences through collaborative research and design activities within agile teams, focusing on usability, accessibility, and data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the UX Designer II:
- Drives the experience vision for digital products by leveraging user-centered design principles, research, and collaboration.
- Develops various design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and personas to communicate experience concepts.
- Ensures digital product usability and accessibility considerations are prioritized throughout design processes.
- Collaborates within cross-functional teams to establish an audience-focused perspective and contribute to organizational UX maturity.
- Implements and guides testing and experimentation practices, including A/B and usability testing, to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
Requirements for the UX Designer II:
- Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of UX design experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Figma for wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience working within and contributing to design systems
- End-to-end UX process expertise, including research, discovery, design, and testing
- Usability testing and data-driven decision-making experience (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
