This role is pivotal in supporting our client's HR Technology team, focusing on Workday Compensation and Benefits, while also managing a complex integration environment with PeopleSoft. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Specialist:
- Provide expert support for Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, ensuring seamless operation and integration.
- Assist in configuring and enhancing Workday functionalities, addressing issues, and optimizing processes.
- Facilitate data movement and integration between Workday and PeopleSoft, ensuring effective communication across platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to review and improve existing HR processes.
- Engage with third-party consultants to deliver scalable solutions and support additional HR technology projects as needed.
Required Skills for Workday Specialist:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, particularly in Compensation and Benefits.
- Proven experience as a Workday technical administrator with a strong understanding of HR processes and downstream impacts.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and enhancing Workday processes, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment and collaborate effectively with technical teams and consultants.
